I am Federico Venturi, a multidisciplinary craftsman dedicated to creating physical, industrialized products.

You have a great product concept and know exactly why the market needs it.

I am the bridge between your original intent and the final product, backed by digital tools and a network of vetted suppliers

About

Industrial Design

Concept visualization, 3D modeling, and usability. Designing products that look great and can actually be manufactured.

  • Competitor and market research
  • Usability and user interface study
  • Concept visualization (quick sketching and presentations)
  • 3D modeling (from sculptural mesh modeling to automotive surfacing)
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and early-stage cost optimization
  • Photorealistic CMF visualization
  • Functional prototyping, through a network of selected partners
Industrial Design Services

Mechanical Engineering

Transforming aesthetic concepts into fully parametric, production-ready databases validated for injection molding, CNC, and sheet metal fabrication.

  • CAD for complex mechanisms and structures
  • Manufacturing specifications and 2D drafting
  • Structural analysis & Finite element static analysis (FEA) simulation
  • Manufacturing control drawings (GD&T)
  • Certification compliance checks
Mechanical Engineering Services

Industrial Design

Transforming ideas into tangible, functional, user-centered solutions through modeling, visualization and prototyping.

  • Competitors research
  • Usability scenarios
  • 3D sculpting, shaping
  • Rendering visualization
  • 3D printing, functional prototyping
Industrial Design Services

Design Engineering

Defining specifications using advanced CAD and simulation to effectively communicate with the manufacturing partners to obtain cost-effective, high quality products.

  • Parametric modeling and assembly
  • Integration with any 3D shape
  • Technical drawings
  • Simulation, Finite Elements Analysis
  • Manufacturing follow up

“Working with Federico was a pleasure, recommend to work with. He is an experienced designer who can think out of the box and will deliver. Worked with him for already a few year and hope to continue working on future projects.”

Stefan Meulesteen,
MONTR B.V.

“Extremely happy with the design work and final result. Federico is a brilliant industrial designer and I cannot recommend him highly enough!”

Claes Zangenberg, Mare Clausum Ltd

“Federico provided timely results of very good quality. Communication with him was easy, he was willing and able to understand the project, he was very responsive. I would hire him again and highly recommend him to others.”

Sorin Grunwald, Dialfix

“Federico is, in many ways, an extra member of our engineering department. When hiring a consultant, communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial, and Federico delivers on both with excellence. His technical skills, deep knowledge, and hands-on experience are evident in everything he produces. For the designs he has done, we’ve received not only 3D files but also clear presentations with simulations that confirm all mechanical requirements are met.”

Daniel Lindegaard – KUBO Education ApS.
