Engineered to securely support the DigiPlate and its integrated hardware, this ergonomic shoulder mount was developed from initial concept architecture through to final manufacturing validation. Designed specifically for low-volume, on-demand production, the primary mandate was to distill the mechanical geometry down to its functional essence without compromising the client’s aesthetic vision. This required rigorous Design for Manufacturing (DFM) optimization, including structuring cost-effective tooling solutions for the press-molded EVA components through direct technical alignment with overseas manufacturing partners.
